I often pop along to the computer fair at the UCL Huntley Street, London - very close to Tottenham Court Road. For a small fee you get your hand stamped which gives you access to the two different sites (the other site is the UCL Windeyer Building, on Cleveland Street).

Computer Fair - not an attractive lady in sight!!

Components can be bought at very reasonable prices which is useful if you need to upgrade certain aspects of your system. Be warned though it's not
PC World. Although I have found many of the traders very friendly and helpful it's not the domain for the complete novice. I'm certainly no genius but I have a reasonable knowledge of what I need when I go there. No refunds are provided for components that are not compatible with your current system so check that it will work. Oh yeah and keep the receipt.

I have heard it mentioned that Saturday morning at the fair is full of attractive young ladies although I'm not too sure about that!
