Edinburgh Courier 2003
Edinburgh Bicycle Co-operative

I bought this in October 2003 and has proved to be money well spent. That's not really doing it justice - its the bargain of the century!!

I use this bike for commuting to work and travelling around town. It's cheap (£240) and simple with only 8 gears which is fine as London is pretty flat.

Click on one of these pictures to take a close look at the "el diablo" as I call her! Sorry about the picture quality but I think you get an idea of what she looks like.

I have added a few extras notably a set of Schwable Cityjet tyres to replace the puncture prone Camel ones which were supplied. You can see from the pictures I have also added a Specialized Body Geometry saddle, a blue TACX bottle cage, a TCM multi-tool pouch and a solar powered cycle computer also from TCM. I also had to splash out on Kryptonite U-lock and a set of Crud catchers to stop myself getting too mucky in the wet.

I can't recommend this bike highly enough. Look at some of the reviews it has received if you don't believe me!
