I had to get a picture
of the street sign.
Tom is an even bigger
fan of the show than I ever was. You can
see how enthusiastic he is about realising a childhood dream.
This particular house
(quickly consults guide book) was used
in a famous scene in episode 2548.
If you are lucky you
can even catch a cab on Sesame Street.
We weren't so lucky so I took a picture of it instead.
No. 123 was the house
that Oscar the Grouch
lived outside in his trash can. I think these poor
little kids thought Oscar might pop out of the
can at any moment.
Some of the cast can
often be found in the local coffee houses
relaxing between scenes and signing autographs for lucky fans.
