The Story so far...

One day in late 2004 I woke up and decided I was going to do the London Triathlon. On Sunday 7th August 2005 I managed to achieve my goal. In order to pull this off I had to endure several months of rigorous training. I managed to persuade friends and family to sponsor me for charity in the process.

In May 2005 I did my first ever triathlon at Blenheim Triathlon as a warm up for London. To round off my first season in multi-sport I also took part in the London Duathlon as part of a three person relay squad.

In 2006 I returned to take on a new challenge "The Treble" three races at Windsor, Bournemouth and London Triathlons within three months. Once again I'm looking to raise more sponsorship money for Great Ormond Street Children's Charity. I'm also doing the Dragon Slayer Duathlon as a pre season warm up.
