Kingfisher Aquathlon 2011

I took part in the Kingfisher Aquathlon on 8th May 2011.

I took part in the London Fields Aquathlon in Hackney on 12th April 2011. The event was organised by London Fields Triathlon Club.

A circuit training session in a gym with a difference at Club 51, London.

A few years back I had a lot of fun going from a pie scoffing slob who couldn’t swim to finishing an Olympic distance triathlon in about six months.

A while back I started a circuit training session at the local gym called Power Hour. Basically it’s a Rocky style training montage made flesh.

In 2006 I completed three triathlons in three months this was the last at ExCel in London.

In 2006 I completed 3 triathlons in 3 months. This was the second in Bournemouth.

I decided to try and complete 3 triathlons in 3 months in 2006. This was the first in Windsor.

After completing the London Triathlon in 2005 I went to have a go at the London Duathlon for a bit of fun
